Refund and Cancellations

Cancel bookings withing 48 hours of reserving. If more than 48 hours have passed since making a reservation it is not elegible for a refund or cancellation.

You agree to this policy by making your reservation through www.gqartist.com.

If you need to cancel your design order, please give me a call at (904) 707-3769 or contact me by email at art@gqartist.com within 48 hours.

After the refund has been processed, your funds will show in your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

Once your design has been started or finished, I DO NOT offer refunds; however, you are still entitled to 2 more revisions of the design.

Artwork services are non-refundable.

This includes and is not limited to:

Motorcycle airbrushing and painting, vehicle airbrushing, airbrushing on panels or canvases, shoe airbrushing, jacket airbrushing, miscellaneous airbrushing.
